By using GPX Toolkit ("the tool"), you agree to these terms.

The service

GPX Toolkit is a free, browser-based tool for editing GPX files. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tool will be error-free or that edited files will be accepted by any particular device or service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the files you edit and how you use the results. Always keep a backup of your original file. Do not use the tool to misrepresent activity data in a way that violates the terms of any third-party service (for example, submitting falsified results to a competition or leaderboard).

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Trademarks

Strava, Garmin, Coros, Suunto and Wahoo are trademarks of their respective owners. GPX Toolkit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tool, including lost or corrupted files.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the site operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the tool means you accept the current terms.
